Ordering & Shipping
Our Sever is Secure. Online Orders. You can place orders using our shopping cart and check out technology which employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology for high security.
Fax orders. You can print and then fax the shopping cart web page along with shipping, billing, and credit card information to 866-401-6175.
Phone Orders. You can call 561-703-1788 to place an order by phone. If a customer service representative is not immediately available you will be directed to a voicemail system for leaving your name and phone number. We will then return your call as soon as possible to take your order.
Mail. You may print out the shopping cart web page and mail it with a check or money order payable to "Home Health Screening" to:
Home Health Screening 1917 NE 3rd Street #104 Deerfield Beach, FL 33441.
The check or money order must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. If paying by check, please allow 14 business days for your order to ship. Paying by check slows down your order since we don't ship until your funds clear. Money Orders will ship without delay.
Return Policy
At Home Health Screening our goal is to be your exclusive provider for your future health screening needs. With this in mind our goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction. We will do what ever is necessary to make sure you are satisfied.

Within 14 days of delivery of your order, you may return any item shipped by Home Health Screening for a credit or refund under any of the following circumstances:

Item is in new condition including original packaging and accessories

Item was received damaged or defective

Incorrect item was shipped
Please contact us at info@homehealthscreening.com prior to sending any returns. We will provide free return shipping if your return is due to damaged, defective or incorrect items being shipped. If your return is not due to damaged, defective or incorrect items being shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Home Health Screening will contact you once the item is received and the refund is processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of our receiving your return. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact info@homehealthscreening.com with details about your complaint. We will contact the manufacturer with your complaint and contact you with instructions. Please note that refunds for product dissatisfaction are the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer.
